PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
We have been retained by our client to identify and recruit the
President of a multi-billion dollar, international, Offshore Oil &
Gas Services Company. The successful candidate will provide
direction and leadership towards the achievement of the Company's
philosophy, mission and strategy, with overall profit and loss
responsibility. This position
requires a a high-energy and visionary leader with the ability to
foster a strong, team-oriented culture consistent with the Company's
values.
This position will be located in the United States.
The primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Manage a large, international oil & gas organization and drive the growth of global operations.
- Develop
risk management strategies to identify, quantify, mitigate or eliminate
potential risk events in a capital intensive business.
- Develop and cultivate a wide range of relationships and
networks to solidify the Company's position as a highly regarded
organization within the EPC industry.
- Develop and maintain effective strategic relationships with
key stakeholders including the Board, funders, contract counterparties,
customers, and partners.
- Build and maintain a high performance culture through effective performance management, communication, and coaching.

Establish operational and/or performance goals which are aggressive, achievable, and meet or exceed long-term goals.
Key skills and experience that our client desires include:
- B.S. in Engineering (or related discipline) is required, and an MBA is preferable.
- 20+
years of international management experience within the offshore oil & gas industry.
- Experience managing an organization with a minimum corporate P&L responsibility of one billion dollars in annual revenue.
- A
high-energy, results-oriented leader with the ability to motivate and
inspire a team. Must have a personal commitment to organizational
excellence, displaying honesty, integrity, and a strong sense of ethics
in all decisions and actions.
- Understanding of how to mitigate commercial risk to enhance opportunities for successful business/project performance.
